Since 2015, Scott has worked with the NYPD and other professional actors using improvised scenarios to train officers to recognize symptoms of mental illness and give them tools to engage with emotionally distressed people

As an associate artist with Dalliance Theater, Scott produced and co-wrote the new collaborative play Who Is Jordan Bishop? organizing the work of over 50 theater artists
